Gel packs printed with your logo or design
Want to print gel packs with your logo or design? Then you’ve come to the right place at Coolpack. There are two different options in personalizing gel packs with a print:
- Small print in one color. Do you want a simple print with, for example, your logo and instructions for recycling or disposing of the gel pack after use? Then it is best to choose a small print in one color. Keep in mind that you have a limited number of colors to choose from. This print is printed on the gel packs during production on site and can cover an area of approximately 5 x 7 cm. This way of personalization is already possible with small print runs.
Types of film and possibilities
At Coolpack, we produce gel packs from different types of film. Some films are better suited for printing than others. The table below summarizes the possibilities for each type of film.

* When printing Kraft gel packs, do keep in mind that you are printing on kraft paper. This has a brown color, so the printed colors will look different than on a white background.
Moulded cooling elements branded with your logo
It is also possible to personalize form-fixed cooling elements. Our form-fixed cooling elements consist of an HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottle with cooling filling or other temperature filling. Under the filling cap is a blank area in which you can make your logo, figure or short message. This is done by an addition to the mold, making your logo part of the mold. Personalization of cooling elements is possible from 10,000 pieces and up.
