Gelmat traypack 1200 grams

The gel mat is a linked tray pack with 2×4 segments. As a result, the cooling capacity is high and the gel mat is also flexible when frozen to optimally cool your product.

With tray packs you can transport your products refrigerated in electricity-independent packaging: you freeze the gel mat tray pack for at least 24 hours at -18 °C in advance so that it keeps your products cooled at a temperature of 0 to 8 °C during multi-day transports.

Cooling and insulating

We recommend using the gelmat tray pack in combination with a well-insulated packaging box, such as the EcoCoolBox, EPS box or EPP cool box.

Recycle instructions after use

You can reuse the tray pack as long as it remains undamaged. The tray packs are made of strong PA-PE foil for which there is not yet a separate recycling stream. That is why it can be disposed of with residual waste at the end of its useful life. Consult the local knowledge institutes for any (new) recycling options.
