Gelpack traypacks are disposable cooling elements that keep your products chilled at 0 to 8°C for up to several days.  They are shaped like a sturdy tray, which is sealed at the top on all 4 sides. Traypacks are made of strong PA-PE film. This particular traypack is 200 grams.

Difference gel pack pillow pack and tray pack

The main difference between a gelpack pillowpack and a gelpack traypack is the shape and thickness of the film. Whereas the traypack is shaped like a tray with seal seams at the top, the pillowpack is shaped like a bag with seal seams at the top and bottom. The advantage of the traypack is that it allows an equal, higher thickness of 40 m to be achieved.

Recycle instructions after use

You can reuse the tray pack as long as it remains undamaged. The tray packs are made of strong PA-PE film for which there is no separate recycling stream in the Netherlands. Therefore, the traypack may be disposed of in its entirety with residual waste.
