Our 400-gram gel pack is a reliable solution for maintaining temperatures at 0°C. With their traditional pillowpack design, they are sealed at the back and on the top and bottom to prevent leaks, offering both flexibility and robustness when unfrozen.

About this 400 grams pack

This gelpack is known for its high quality and leak-proof characteristics. It is available as a standard item from stock and can be reused as long as it remains undamaged. The pack is both non-toxic and food-safe, produced at our Assendelft facility using LDPE film, which is fully recyclable. These packs are constructed from durable polythene and filled with either polymer-based cooling gel or cellulose.

Customization

Customization options are extensive. You can adjust the pack’s dimensions, choose between polymer or cellulose gel, and select various types of blankets or segmented designs. Custom printing and different temperature ranges are also available, with our PCM filling allowing for temperatures from -65°C to +85°C.
