Delivery
The 10-liter EPS boxes are delivered on a pallet with 100 boxes, including lids. Delivery is on two pallets (boxes and lids separately) and without cardboard outer boxes.
We stock EPS boxes in different sizes: 4 liters, 7 liters, 10 liters, 17.5 liters, 30 liters and 45 liters. You can order them per piece or per pallet. For large quantities it is wise to ask for a quotation. Do you need a different size or have doubts about the right wall thickness for your application? Please feel free to contact us.
Use of EPS refrigerated boxes
Our white EPS refrigerated boxes, also called tempex or Styrofoam, are perfect for shipping your products chilled or frozen, such as fish, meat, cheese, AGF products or chocolate. They are also widely used for medicines and medical devices. We recommend combining the EPS box with a cooling or freezing agent to maintain the desired shipping temperature. For transportation without a return process, we recommend gel packs.
Recycling information for EPS boxes
If the EPS box is clean, it can be 100% recycled at a recycling plant. EPS is a plastic that is 98% air and therefore must first be compressed for recycling. Several companies can compress and recycle EPS. You can have your EPS boxes picked up by a recycling company at the end of their useful life, often for a fee. Make sure the material is clean for effective recycling.
