Spongepack 1100 grams

A Spongepack is a shape-retaining cooling element suitable for disposable use, but can also be reused as long as the foil remains undamaged. The Spongepack is filled with a sponge and cooling gel. Due to the sponge, the Spongepack retains its shape, both in frozen and unfrozen condition.

As standard, the Spongepack is suitable for keeping your products at a temperature of 0ºC to 8ºC for several days, provided that they are packaged in good insulating packaging with sufficient cooling capacity. This way you keep your shipment cooled during transport, independent of local electricity. Before use, you freeze the Spongepack at -18 ºC for at least 24 hours. Other temperature ranges are also possible!

Tailor-made and standard sizes

We deliver Spongepacks from stock in 1100 grams (19×30 cm). But the possibilities are much wider thanks to our own production facility.

Recycle sponge packs

Sponge packs can be re-frozen and reused. Before doing so, check the Spongepack for any damage. At the end of its useful life, the Spongepack can be disposed of in its entirety with the residual waste.
