Standard available in 200 grams, 400 grams, 400 grams flat, 600 grams, 750 grams, 950 grams, 1100 grams and 1500 grams and produced at our location in Assendelft. Perfect for refrigerated transport of your fish, meat, meals, vegetables, fruit, chocolate, dairy, medical supplies, groceries and more!

Coolpack cooling elements: high quality, reliable performance

At Coolpack, we guarantee cooling elements that do not leak during transport and provide excellent cooling performance. By default, this element keeps your products chilled for at least 24 hours at a temperature of 0º C to 8º C. For optimal performance, use and properly insulated packaging, such as the reusable EPP cooler.

All our refrigerated elements are produced on location in Assendelft and can be filled with a refrigerated filling with eutectic melting point down to -65º C or up to +89º C. So you can also use them for frozen transport, or for ambient temperature transport. Please contact us for the possibilities.

Personalizing your cooling element

You can have the cooling elements personalized in a variety of ways. From adding a label (small quantities) to punching out your logo in the mold (from 10,000 pieces and up). They can also be packaged per desired number and delivered in a display. Contact us for options and a free quote.

Sustainable alternatives

When you have return flows, reusable cooling elements are a much more sustainable choice than single-use gel packs. The hard plastic material from which the cooling elements are made is standard HDPE (High Density Polyethylene): strong, long reusable and 100% recyclable. But we offer even more sustainable alternatives:

rHDPE: This material is recycled and consists of at least 90% regranulate. It is also fully recyclable again after use.

Bio-based: This is a bioplastic with renewable resources (sugar cane) as raw material instead of virgin raw materials (oil). Fully recyclable again after use and possible to produce in line with food safety regulations.

Minimum quantities apply to both alternatives. Please contact us for a quote and to discuss options.

Recycling Instructions

You can reuse our dimensionally stable cooling elements many times. Has your cooling element reached the end of its useful life? Defrost it, put the filling in the residual waste and recycle the outer bottle in the plastic waste. This is made of HDPE and is therefore completely recyclable. The same goes for the sustainable alternatives of rHDPE and renewable HDPE.

This cooling element 950g is perfect for cooled transport and is filled with a filling that will keep your products cool for at least 24 hours at 0ºC- 8ºC.

[228
230,229
0":"post-13097","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-icepacks","7":"product_tag-food-proof-en","8":"product_tag-non-toxic-en","9":"product_shipping_class-losse-dozen-en","10":"pa_koelmiddelen-attribute-elementen-en","11":"pa_standaard-temperaturen-0c-en","12":"desktop-align-left","13":"tablet-align-left","14":"mobile-align-left","16":"first","17":"outofstock","18":"taxable","19":"shipping-taxable","20":"purchasable","21":"product-type-simple
["GET
