Should the entire order be paid in advance?

When you place an order with our webshop, you will be asked to pay the entire amount in advance. Once your payment is received, the order will be taken into production as soon as possible. Payment can be made via iDeal and via bank transfer.

How does paying via iDeal work?
The most frequently chosen payment method at our webshop is iDeal. Paying via iDEAL is the same way as online banking. You need your bank card and method of identification. There are no costs associated with paying with iDeal.

• A payment with iDeal is immediately received by us, so your order will be taken into production as soon as possible.

How does paying by bank transfer work?

You can easily pay for your Coolpack BV purchases by bank transfer. After you confirm your order, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. Here you can check your e-mail address again and confirm it. After this you will receive by email all the details to transfer the payment. Make sure that you copy the unique payment reference correctly.

There are no fees associated with paying by Bank Transfer.

Note: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the delivery time will be 3-5 working days longer than normal due to payment processing. Only when the payment is received by us the production will be started.
