Cold chain transport is a temperature controlled distribution chain used in highly regulated industries. It is a separate branch of transport: there is a lot involved in transporting goods within the requirements and guidelines of the law. At Coolpack we have many years of experience with cold chain transport. Feel free to contact us for questions and personal advice.
Pallet covers: excellent insulation!
It can be quite a challenge to keep fresh products at the right temperature for a longer period of time. This is especially applicable for relatively long transports where goods are exposed to extreme external conditions. Many fresh products are not only sensitive to light and moisture, but also to high or irregular temperatures. A pallet cover offers the solution: it keeps your pallet on temperature, dark and stable. This way you ensure that your products retain their quality during transport. Curious how this works exactly and what test results indicate? You can read it in this article.

When transporting food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, etc., you can imagine that good temperature monitoring throughout the entire transport chain is of great importance. To make sure your items remain within a specific temperature range despite changing external conditions, you combine cooling elements with an insulating packaging.
Do your goods have to be transported within a different range than the standard cooling elements (2 to 8 degrees Celsius)? Then we can use Phase Change Material to create a cooling filling with a solidification point at the temperature you require. The possibilities are enormous here. We are happy to answer all your questions.

Advice within 1 working day!
Coolpack’s products are an indispensable link when it comes to thermal packaging, also known as thermal packaging.
The gel packs can also be filled with PCM to maintain very stable temperatures for a long period.
