At Coolpack, our customers and the society come first. We like to contribute to a better world. In all business decisions we weigh the interests of the customer, environment, society and ourselves as an organisation. We look for responsible solutions and are constantly looking for alternative working methods and improved processes.

Becoming more sustainable starts with looking in the mirror. We therefore undertake various activities to make our employees aware of a responsible working method. But we also communicate this to our suppliers and customers. We look for suppliers with the same values as ours and make them aware of the need to innovate. At the same time, we think along with our customers in the search for more environmentally conscious alternatives. We know that there still remains a lot of work to be done – but we are on it.

Quality assurance and process optimizations

Although we proudly start new initiatives, we do make sure these won’t be disadvantageous to our service to the customer. In fact, the innovations for sustainability offer new opportunities to further optimize product quality and production processes.

We commit ourselves to delivering high-quality, appropriate solutions to the customer. Our quality manager ensures that processes run efficiently and effectively, so that we can serve our customers satisfactorily. We proudly carry an ISO 9001 certification since 2008.

Despite the growth we are experiencing, we want to reduce our impact on the environment. To this end, we take various actions and use an environmental management system. We are therefore happy to share that we also carry an ISO 14001 certification since 2021.
