At Coolpack, customer and society come first. We like to do our bit for a better world. Thus, in all business decisions, we weigh the interests of the customer, the environment, society and ourselves as an organization. This is how we achieve balanced business operations. We search for responsible solutions and are constantly considering alternative working methods and improved processes.
This manifests itself in large and small aspects of our business operations. For example, we offer people with a distance to the labor market a pleasant workplace, we ensure good working conditions for our employees and those of our suppliers, and we offer our employees tools to grow as individuals. In the area of sustainability, we keep a close eye on developments in the market. We seize opportunities for innovation and sustainability with both hands: after all, to stand still is to go backwards. More and more of our colleagues choose to drive electric cars and we try to minimize energy consumption in production and logistics processes.

Quality assurance and process optimizations
We take strict care to ensure that all initiatives to contribute to society will not come at the expense of our customer service. Indeed, the innovations in favor of sustainability offer new opportunities to further optimize product quality and production processes.
Delivering quality, appropriate solutions to customers is something we are committed to every day. Our quality manager ensures that processes are efficient and effective so that we can serve our customers to their satisfaction. We have proudly carried ISO 9001 certification since 2008.
Despite the growth we are experiencing, we want to reduce our impact on the environment. To this end, we take various actions and operate an environmental management system. We are therefore pleased to share that since 2021 we also have ISO 14001 certification.

At Coolpack, we are aware of our responsibility to contribute to society. Both in terms of sustainability and society as a social body.

We BELIEVE
As part of the Bunzl group, we also follow the international Believe policy. Here sustainability and social equality are prominent topics. The five pillars within our Believe policy bear the titles BeGreen, BeFair, BeSustainable, BeDifferent and BeHappy.
From this, there are ongoing initiatives to safeguard and improve social working conditions and to promote innovations in sustainability and quality. Both locally, nationally and internationally.
