What is A Great Place to Work?

Great Place to Work (GPTW) is an international certification that helps companies better understand their organizational culture and improve the work environment. GPTW’s methodology allows us to collect employee feedback on various topics, compare the results with similar companies worldwide and, of course, further improve our workplace.

How does Great Place to Work work?

When an organization decides to partner with Great Place to Work and management is on board, the process begins with an employee satisfaction survey, also known as the Trust Index. This survey focuses on themes perceived as important worldwide: credibility, respect, honesty, pride, camaraderie and trust.

Three key relationships are examined:

The relationship between management and employees – This relationship is based on trust. Employees indicate how easy it is to approach management and the extent to which they are involved in decisions that affect them.
The relationship between the employee and his or her job – This is where pride takes center stage. Employees reflect on the meaning of their work and the sense of pride they experience in their performance.
