Phase Change Material gel packs
Phase Change Material Packs are leak-proof bags with a PCM cooling filling that keep your products at the desired temperature. This PCM pack has a filling for a cooling of +5°C. Besides this filling, other temperature ranges are also possible. These PCM Packs have the traditional gel pack shape and are closed by a seal seam on the back and at the top and bottom.
Features of the PCM Pack
Our products guarantee excellent quality and are completely leak-proof. They are particularly suitable for transports where no return flow is required. We stock these items as standard, so we can deliver quickly. The packs are reusable, but we recommend checking them carefully for any damage. They are available with both polymer gel and cellulose gel and are produced in our own facility in Assendelft.
Customization options
Our packs are available in widths up to 275 mm, with the length flexibly adaptable to your needs. We offer the option of adding your own printing (read more here ). You can choose from gel blankets, gel strands or segmented gel packs, and they are also available with transparent film in a gel color of your choice. We also offer a range of foils and refrigerated fillings, as well as different temperature ranges, so you can find the ideal solution for your specific requirements.
Recycle instructions after use
LDPE film is 100% recyclable in plastic waste if clean. Please note that pieces of material larger than 5×5 cm but smaller than A4 are easily recognized by sorting machines in most regions of the Netherlands and will therefore be recycled. However, it may happen that sorting machines do not recognize these pieces of plastic and still incinerate them. From A4 size LDPE material is easily recyclable.
