Coolpack offers each customer a customized solution to their conditioned shipping problems. For example, we have Phase Change Material refrigeration solutions for a variety of purposes.
Phase Change Material, in short, is “ice for any temperature. What do we mean by that? With ice, the melting point is 0°C. At this melting point, energy storage is highest: the temperature remains stable at the melting point the longest, until the ice is completely melted. Ice is therefore an ideal refrigerant when you want to keep something at a temperature around 0°C for an extended period of time.
But, of course, there are products that need to be kept at a temperature below or just above freezing. Or situations where you want to keep a room at a specific temperature. And this is where Phase Change Material comes in. By adjusting the recipe of the refrigerant, the melting/freezing point can be lowered or raised. With our knowledge and experience, we would be happy to help you find the most efficient solution by developing a recipe with the thermal storage of ice, but at your desired temperature. That’s what we mean by “ice cream for any temperature”!
