Changed opening hours: on 18 and 19 May we are closed due to Ascension Day.
The blue cooling element: a classic with which we at Coolpack have grown. Available as standard in 200 grams, 400 grams, 400 grams flat, 600 grams, 750 grams, 950 grams, 1100 grams and 1500 grams and produced at our location in Assendelft. Perfect for refrigerated transport of your fish, meat, meals, vegetables, fruit, chocolate, dairy, medical devices, groceries and more!
At Coolpack we guarantee cooling elements that do not leak during transport and deliver excellent cooling performance. As standard, this element keeps your products cooled for at least 24 hours at a temperature of 0º C to 8º C. For optimal performance, use well-insulated packaging, such as the reusable EPP cool box.
All our cooling elements are produced on location in Assendelft and can be filled with a cooling filling with a eutectic melting point down to -65º C or up to +89º C. You can therefore also use them for frozen transport, or for transport at ambient temperature. Contact us for the possibilities.
You can have the cooling elements personalized in different ways. From adding a label (small quantities) to cutting out your logo in the mold (from 10,000 pieces). They can also be packaged per desired number and delivered in a display. Contact us for the possibilities and a non-binding offer.
If you have return flows, the reusable cooling elements are a much more sustainable choice than the single-use gel packs. The hard plastic material from which the cooling elements are made is standard HDPE (High Density Polyethylene): strong, long-lasting and 100% recyclable. But we offer even more sustainable alternatives:
You can reuse our form-retaining cooling elements very often. Has your cooling element reached the end of its life? Defrost it, put the filling with the residual waste and recycle the outer bottle with the plastic waste. It is made of HDPE and is therefore fully recyclable. This also applies to the sustainable alternatives of rHDPE and renewable HDPE.
